These Terms and Conditions govern use of https://www.ultumai.com, our website chatbot and request forms, and the Ultum AI LLC text-messaging program. "Ultum AI," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Ultum AI LLC.
1. Website and services
Ultum AI provides business consulting, AI and workflow automation, and digital marketing services. Website information is provided for general information. A request form submission or chatbot exchange does not by itself create a paid engagement. Scope, pricing, payment, cancellation, and other terms for purchased services are governed by the applicable service agreement or order.
Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit malicious content, or impersonate another person. Provide accurate contact information and submit only information you are authorized to share.
2. Chatbot
Our GoHighLevel-powered chatbot may use AI to answer questions, collect contact details, and help arrange follow-up. Automated answers can be incomplete or incorrect. Confirm pricing, commitments, and service details with our team before relying on them. Chatbot responses do not amend a signed agreement. Contact pro@ultumai.com for human assistance.

3. Ultum AI SMS program
Sender and purpose. Ultum AI LLC offers optional SMS messaging to website visitors, prospective customers, and customers who expressly enroll. Informational texts may include responses to submitted requests, consultation or appointment confirmations and reminders, customer support, and updates about services requested or purchased. If you separately enroll in marketing texts, those messages may include promotions and offers for Ultum AI's services.
How to enroll. You may opt in through the SMS consent options displayed in our website request form or chatbot's contact-collection flow. Informational and marketing selections are separate. We send only the categories you authorize. Simply supplying a mobile number or accepting these Terms does not constitute SMS consent. Messages may be sent using automated technology.
Voluntary participation. Consent is not required to purchase services. You may contact us by email or use available website features without enrolling in SMS. You confirm that you control the supplied number or have authority to enroll it. Notify us if the number changes or you no longer control it.
Frequency and charges. Message volume varies according to your requests, appointments, services, and subscriptions. Your mobile plan may impose messaging and data charges for inbound and outbound texts. Ask your wireless provider about those charges.
Stopping messages. Reply STOP to any program text to unsubscribe. You may receive one final unsubscribe acknowledgment; after that, we will stop program texts unless you enroll again. You may also request removal through pro@ultumai.com. To rejoin, complete the applicable website SMS opt-in process again.
Getting help. Reply HELP for program assistance, email pro@ultumai.com, or call 385-481-5996 (+1 385-481-5996).
Delivery. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery also depends on network availability and device compatibility. Do not use this program for emergencies or other time-critical communications.
Privacy. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle mobile numbers, message content, consent records, and other personal information. Your enrollment applies to Ultum AI LLC and does not authorize unrelated businesses to text you.
4. Website content and third-party services
Website content belongs to Ultum AI or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use it for evaluating our services; other reproduction or commercial use requires permission unless otherwise allowed by law.
Third-party websites and services may have their own terms. We do not control their availability or content.
5. Availability and limitations
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and automated chat information are provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted service or error-free information. We do not guarantee business, revenue, search ranking, or other performance outcomes from website descriptions or chatbot responses.
To the extent permitted by law, Ultum AI is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing in these Terms excludes obligations or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or overrides express obligations in a signed service agreement.
6. Changes and applicable law
We may revise these Terms and update the effective date. Material changes will receive additional notice where required. A change to these Terms does not create new SMS consent. These Terms are governed by Utah law, subject to applicable federal law and any mandatory protections that apply to you. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent allowed by law.
