This Privacy Policy is for the marketing site at ultumai.com, operated by Ultum AI / Ultum AI LLC in Lehi, Utah. It explains what we collect when you use this site, the chat widget, or booking, and how to reach us. It is a disclosure for a small US consulting firm, not a guarantee of any particular legal outcome.

What we collect
We collect information you choose to give us, including through:
- Website forms (name, email, and a short note).
- Calendly booking at https://calendly.com/pro-ultumai/30min (name, email, and whatever Calendly asks to hold a time).
- Email, phone, or SMS if you write or call us.
- The website chat widget powered by LeadConnector / HighLevel (LeadConnector HQ). Chat may collect your name, email, phone, message content, and related metadata needed to reply (for example time, page, and technical details the widget uses to deliver the conversation).
How we use it
We use this information to respond to inquiries, qualify whether Never Miss a Lead is a fit, schedule calls, and keep a record of the conversation. We do not sell personal information.
SMS and chat messages
If you opt in to messaging (opt-in is handled in HighLevel / LeadConnector, not as a separate form on this site), we may send SMS or chat replies related to your inquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of SMS by following the stop instructions in the message thread, or by emailing pro@ultumai.com. Consent to messages is not a condition of purchase.
Third parties
These providers process information so we can run the site and reply to you. They are not a sale of your data:
- HighLevel / LeadConnector (LeadConnector HQ) — website chat widget and related messaging.
- Calendly — scheduling the free 30-minute discovery call.
- Vercel — hosting this website.
- Email delivery (for example Resend) if the contact form is configured to send mail to pro@ultumai.com.
Those companies have their own privacy practices. We use them only to provide chat, booking, hosting, and email.
Cookies
This site may load third-party scripts from LeadConnector / HighLevel (sitewide chat) and from Calendly on the booking page. Those tools may set cookies or use local storage for chat, session, and security. Hosting (Vercel) may set strictly necessary cookies for security or deployment. We do not run our own advertising pixels on this site. We do not claim that no third-party cookies exist. See Cookies for a short summary.
Access and deletion
To ask what we have, or to request that we delete it, email pro@ultumai.com. We will work through that request in a reasonable time for a small firm. Some records may be kept where we need them to complete a conversation you started, or where the law requires it.
